(13) Public utility substations, power plants, relay stations and <br /> microwave receivers and transmitters, semi-public and private <br /> utility towers, receivers, transmitters and other similar <br /> necessary appurtenant facilities. <br /> (14) Airstrips when they are ag related or governmental. <br /> (15) Sawmills, when located five hundred (500) feet minimum distance <br /> from any residence other than that of the owner. <br /> (16) Mineral extraction for governmental and agricultural use only <br /> with an approved Reclamation Plan. <br /> (17) Home occupations. When established in the Agricultural Zone <br /> District, the home occupation office shall be incidental to the <br /> primary use as an agricultural or residential use. No more than <br /> 250 of the floor area of a dwelling unit shall be occupied by <br /> such a use. The home occupation may be in the home or an <br /> outbuilding. There shall be no outside storage of goods, nor <br /> shall there by any additions exclusively for this use. Only <br /> one unlighted name plate not exceeding two (2) square feet in <br /> area is allowed. <br /> (c) Conditions Attached to Conditional Permits: <br /> Upon a consideration of information supplied at the public hearing and a <br /> review of the standards contained in Section 5(b) , the following conditions <br /> may be attached to the granting of a conditional use permit: increased <br /> setbacks and yards; specifications for water supply, liquid waste, and <br /> solid waste disposal facilities; landscaping and planting screen, sureties, <br /> operational controls and time of operation; air pollution controls; erosion <br /> prevention measures; location of the use; and similar requirements found <br /> necessary to fulfill the purpose and intent of this Ordinance. Violation <br /> of these conditions shall constitute a violation of this Ordinance as <br /> provided in Section 9.3. <br /> The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection shall be <br /> notified of the approval of any Conditional Uses. <br /> (d) Height, Yards, Area and Access Requirements. <br /> (1) Lot Area: <br /> (a) The minimum lot size to establish a residence or farm <br /> operation is 35 contiguous acres, except provided in (2) - <br /> (4) below, (s. 91.75 as amended) . <br /> (b) The minimum lot size shall be one (1) acre to establish <br /> a separate parcel for an additional residence for parents <br /> or children of the farm operator, or for persons earning a <br /> substantial part of their livelihood from the farm <br /> operation. <br /> _ 13 _ <br />
