P. 0. Box 458
Clear Lake, SD 57226
July 61 1980
Mr. William L. Sachleben, Administrator
Burnett County Zoning Administration
Burnett County Office Building
Webster., wi 54893
Dear Mr. Sachleben:
Thanks again for giving me some time to visit with you during the after—
noon of June 20 about the disposal situation at our Lot 15, Trout Springs
Addition, in Voyager Village. Although the subject matter is not too
pleasant, I enjoyed talking with and listening to you.
As 1 cannot resist the temptation to do this3 I am enclosing an appropto
cartoon from the Minneapolis Sunday Tribune of June 29. If you do not
already have it, I suggest that it might be a good item for your bulletin
board.
Relating to our conversation as well as to my letter of June 16 to you
(which you had not yet received) , I have done the things I promised., ioe*$
pulled the perforated tank and filled in the two excavations. 71hile we
were at Voyager Village June 19 to 28, we hauled our holding tank waste
(three times) in our new "honey cart" to the sanitary disposal station
at the campground and dumped it there. While the campground was supposed
to be closed at the time, we were fortunate to find the chain barrier down
each time we went there and had no access problem. I understand we are
allowed, effective July 11 to dump there free of charge in the future,
for which vie are thankful.
I have yet to review the written material you gave me; I -mill get to it
soon,
use plan to return to Voyager Village July 16 or 17 to stay until July 215
or 26. If you have any further observations about all this, perhaps
you would vrish to stop by during that period.
Thanks again for the nice visit with you. I hope our temporary system
will continue to meet with your (the Statets) requirements.
Sincerely yours
Andrew J. M er
Enclosure
cc: Richard McLuen, Voyager Village A, & E Committee, POA
