At this point we <br /> have collected about all the information we need (i . e. , stream <br /> flow and ground water fluctuations through a complete season) , <br /> but we have not completed the analysis - - the "pulling to- <br /> gether" of the data and evaluation of various lake construction <br /> alternatives . <br /> Because of the status of our engineering studies - - as well as <br /> our land assembly program - - we feel that it would be <br /> better to plan on a fall appearance before the board. At that <br /> time we will be able to position a complete proposal and suggest <br /> some definite alternatives with regard to both the lake pro- <br /> ject and the county forest withdrawal. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> N.
