The Chelmo Property located in the Town of Oakland,parcel no. 07-020-2-40-16- 33-5 05-004-013002, is zoned in the RR-1 Residential-Recreation district, where a campground use is available as a conditional use permit under Burnett County Ordinance ("County Code") § 30-85(1). 4. The Chelmo Property located in the Town of Meenon, parcel nos. 07-018-2-39-16- 04-5 05-001-011001 and 07-018-2-39-16-04-2 01-000-011000, are zoned in the A-2 Agricultural- Residential District,where a campground use is available as a conditional use permit under County Code § 30-172(1). 5. The Burnett County Land Use and Information Committee ("Committee") is a governmental body established by Burnett County as a subunit of Burnett County and exists under Wis. Stat. § 59.69(2) and Burnett County Ordinances. The principal office of the Committee is 7410 County Road K#120, in the City of Siren, County of Burnett, Wisconsin. 6. The Committee possesses specific duties regarding the issuance of zoning conditional use permits within the areas zoned by Burnett County. County Code §§ 30-633 & 30- 634. 7. Chelmo made an application to the Committee for a zoning conditional use permit, application no. 19-12 ("CUP-19-12"), that was received by the Burnett County Land Services Department on May 2, 2019. 8. Chelmo's CUP-19-12 application was for the purpose of developing a campground at the Chelmo Property. 9. On June 4, 2019 the Committee held both a public hearing and meeting to discuss CUP-19-12.
