The Chelmo Property located in the Town of Oakland,parcel no. 07-020-2-40-16- <br /> 33-5 05-004-013002, is zoned in the RR-1 Residential-Recreation district, where a campground <br /> use is available as a conditional use permit under Burnett County Ordinance ("County Code") <br /> § 30-85(1). <br /> 4. The Chelmo Property located in the Town of Meenon, parcel nos. 07-018-2-39-16- <br /> 04-5 05-001-011001 and 07-018-2-39-16-04-2 01-000-011000, are zoned in the A-2 Agricultural- <br /> Residential District,where a campground use is available as a conditional use permit under County <br /> Code § 30-172(1). <br /> 5. The Burnett County Land Use and Information Committee ("Committee") is a <br /> governmental body established by Burnett County as a subunit of Burnett County and exists under <br /> Wis. Stat. § 59.69(2) and Burnett County Ordinances. The principal office of the Committee is <br /> 7410 County Road K#120, in the City of Siren, County of Burnett, Wisconsin. <br /> 6. The Committee possesses specific duties regarding the issuance of zoning <br /> conditional use permits within the areas zoned by Burnett County. County Code §§ 30-633 & 30- <br /> 634. <br /> 7. Chelmo made an application to the Committee for a zoning conditional use permit, <br /> application no. 19-12 ("CUP-19-12"), that was received by the Burnett County Land Services <br /> Department on May 2, 2019. <br /> 8. Chelmo's CUP-19-12 application was for the purpose of developing a campground <br /> at the Chelmo Property. <br /> 9. On June 4, 2019 the Committee held both a public hearing and meeting to discuss <br /> CUP-19-12. <br />
