8- Installed lighting shall conform to the International Dark-Sky Guidelines and best <br /> practices, as proposed by the applicant. <br /> 9- Groups and individuals using this facility for private events (weddings, wedding <br /> receptions, graduations, reunions, family gatherings, etc.) shall not have access to <br /> the adjoining RecEd camp; they will also not have access to Big Wood Lake <br /> through the adjoining RecEd camp, in conformance with state law and as <br /> proposed by the applicant. <br /> 10-No overnight camping shall be permitted on the property. <br /> 11-Owners shall apply for a new CUP if they want to expand the total capacity of the <br /> facility or to subdivide the property,beyond the capacity and subdivision <br /> described in the current application. <br /> A record of the minutes (after they are approved by the committee) and the decision of <br /> the Land Use and Information Committee will be or are currently available for your <br /> inspection at the Land Services Department.
