In fact, the <br /> dwelling location itself was inside 75 feet not including the decks. <br /> Also, the plot plan did not provide enough detail regarding the stairway to the lake <br /> location. I will need to know its location, location of view corridor and the stairway <br /> dimensions. <br /> I also need more information on the walkout basement. How much of the lake side will <br /> be walkout.
