The orange wire <br /> flags set appear to meet the 75-foot setback requirement. <br /> The lakeside building stakes did not appear to match what your plot plan is showing. I <br /> could not find setback for a 12x16-foot deck by the porch. <br /> As indicated in the September 13, 2000 letter, please provide a more detailed plot plan <br /> showing exact size and location of the proposed dwelling. More detailed information <br /> would also be required regarding the walkout basement. Please provide a detailed cross- <br /> section showing amount of area to be cut, depth of cut, and proposed erosion control <br /> measures.
