On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was O determined that a Conditional Permit be GRANTED with conditions as follows: To allow for the expansion of the campground to the present 85 campsites, located in the RR-1 zoning district, in Government Lots 1 and 8, Section 4, T38N R15W, Town of LaFollette subject to the following conditions: To re-establish a buffer zone along the shoreline as per Section 4.4(2) of the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance; to have all non-permitted additions and/or structures altered or changed to comply with Zoning regulations; and to add additional natural screening and/or fencing along the side lot lines. Enclosed are copies of Sections 4.4(2) Removal of Shoreline Cover and 6.7 Camping and Camping Grounds of the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance. The Land Conservation Office will be contacting you regarding a shoreline restoration plan. (X) The Zoning Administrator has been informed of our decision and will issue a permit as requested.
