Kranz <br /> Burnett County Case No. 14 FO 174 <br /> Dear Mr. Kranz: <br /> It is my understanding that you applied for a permit to rent your property in Burnett County, but <br /> the permit was denied, and you have been issued another citation this year- rent dwelling as <br /> recreational rental w/o permit, Sec. 30-84 and 30-85 Burnett County Land Use Ordinance. <br /> I am willing to work with you in resolving this issue, and, I have in other cases offered to reduce <br /> the fine to court costs only based upon an agreement with you,and subject to enforcement by <br /> contempt of court that you will not advertise for or rent any property in Burnett County absent the <br /> issuance of a valid permit-unless; for some reason, Burnett County no longer enforces the <br /> recreational short-term rentals. <br /> If you are in agreement with this, I will put together a Stipulation, which would request only court <br /> cost of$114.50, if not,then, it is my understanding that this matter is set for a court trial on <br /> December 17, 2014. <br /> I look forward to hearing from you. <br /> truly yo , <br /> t <br /> id .
