• <br /> Burnett County Board of Supervisors <br /> June 15, 2006 Page 5 <br /> Jim Flanigan, Burnett County Zoning Administrator, presented the report offered by the Land <br /> Use/Zoning Committee. A motion to approve the report was made by Supervisor Schinzing, <br /> seconded by Supervisor Endresen. A motion was made by Supervisor Lundberg, seconded by <br /> Supervisor Burmeister, to amend the main motion to read: to return Zoning Petition 2006-09 to <br /> the Zoning Committee for further consideration pending the proper seating of the Town of <br /> Union. Motion carried. The amended motion to return Zoning Petition 2006-09 to the Zoning <br /> Committee for further consideration pending the proper seating of the Town of Union carried. <br /> REZONING PETITION REPORT 2006-10 Rezoning petition(s) were filed with the Burnett <br /> County Zoning Office for changes in zoning districts. Notices were sent that a public hearing <br /> would be held on May 2, 2006. <br /> The Zoning Committee did conduct a public hearing, considered the following, and recommend <br /> as: <br /> 2006-10: Scott Township: Budge/Leonard/Gobel, to rezone 11.76 acres located in the W 1/2 of <br /> the SW 1/4, Section 16, T4ON R14W, from RR-3 to R-1; and 10.35 acres located in the SE 1/4 <br /> of the SW 1/4, Section 16, T4ON R14W, from C-1 to R-1. <br /> The Zoning Committee recommends DENIAL from RR-3 (Residential-Recreation) and C-1 <br /> (Commercial) to R-1 (Residential) with receiving notice from the Town of Scott disapproving <br /> the petition. <br /> Jim Flanigan, Burnett County Zoning Administrator, presented the report offered by the Land <br /> Use/Zoning Committee. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION 2006-31 ADOPTING REVISED ZONING DISTRICT MAP 2006-11 <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of West Marshland has petitioned the Burnett County Board of <br /> Supervisors requesting that a new revised Land Use/Zoning map be adopted, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board of West Marshland has adopted a Comprehensive Land Use Plan, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the Town of West Marshland's intent to adopt and participate in County <br /> Zoning, and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 6, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Burnett County <br /> Government Center by the Land Use/Zoning Committee of the Burnett County Board of <br /> Supervisors, as required by the provisions of Wisconsin Statute Section 59.69(5)(e) regarding <br /> said map, and <br />
