Additionally, <br /> gutters need to be installed on the addition and connected to rain garden(s). Below outlines steps on how to <br /> satisfy the variance conditions. <br /> Hillside Erosion Control <br /> • Apply a shady woodland seed mix on all bare areas. <br /> • Install an erosion control blanket after seed mix application. <br /> • Plant plugs through the erosion control blanket to stabilize the hillside.
