I am glad to see the flea market item has been <br /> resolved, thank you. Now we just need to get the signs in compliance at 6699 State Rd 70. <br /> 1- The portable sign (see included photo with labels) is located within the road right-of- <br /> way and needs to be moved out of the road r-o-w and placed no less than 10 feet from <br /> the road r-o-w by December 15, 2019. Enclosed is the parcel map with aerial photo <br /> which shows the r-o-w line (yellow line). This sign was not there in 2009 when the <br /> current sign ordinance was adopted. <br /> 2- The "Bingo/Meat Raffle" sign is also located in the road r-o-w. The parcel already has <br /> one permanent type sign ("The Narrows Waterfront Pub and Eatery" sign), so this <br /> "Bingo/Meat Raffle" sign is not allowed as it is also a permanent type sign. This sign was <br /> not there in 2009 when the current sign ordinance was adopted. The "Bingo/Meat <br /> Raffle" sign needs to be removed by December 15, 2019. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department at any time.
